Comments: 1880-1884-5 -- Sheriff Pat Garrett had a ranch on Eagle Creek, Lincoln County, NM; his first home as a married man. He built a house with huge fire place. Exactly where was it located? Comments: My Great-Grandfather who's name is Pablo Caballero write's himself down as a sheriff in the 1900 census's, in the town of Cimarron, New Mexico. I cannot find any information of any sheriff's who have died in that time frame. I cannot find my Grandfather's death recorded and he passed away between 1942-1946, could you help?
